Refund policy

We want you to love your treasure from Bohemian Sundays!

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase you may return the item for a refund.

Online returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for full price items. There is no return on sale items. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for an online return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your online return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning an item that qualified for free shipping your refund will be deducted by $10.00, covering the cost of the free shipping you originally received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive your refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund  once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Bohemian Sundays is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number
